> Privacy Policy
Our most important asset is our clients' trust. Keeping client information
secure and using it only as our clients permit is a top
priority for all at Federal Employee Benefits Group, Inc. (FEBG®).
- FEBG® will safeguard, according to strict standards
of security and confidentiality, all information our
clients share with us.
- FEBG® will limit the collection and use of client
information to the minimum we require to deliver superior
service, including advising clients about products,
services, opportunities and to administer our business.
- FEBG® will permit only authorized employees,
screened and trained in the proper handling of client
information, to have access to that information. Employees
who violate our Privacy Policy will be subject to our
disciplinary process.
- FEBG® will not disclose client information to
any unaffiliated organization unless we have previously
informed the client in disclosures or agreements, been
authorized by the client, or are required by law or
our regulators.
- FEBG® will advise clients in plain language how
they may remove their names from our email messages
and mailings. At any time, clients may contact us to
remove their names from future correspondence.
- FEBG® will require unaffiliated organizations hired
to provide support services to conform to our privacy
policy and to allow us to audit them for compliance.
We will continuously assess ourselves to ensure that client privacy
is respected. We will conduct our business in a manner that fulfills
the FEBG® mission, vision and core values.
